This debut single – Tim McGraw –released in 2006, reached No 6 on the Billboard country charts. The same year her debut album boasted of five single hits that were rated as 3 x Multi-Platinum by Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Quite an achievement!
On stage, during performances at the concerts, she is quite eye-catching. Her dresses and accessories are attractive; sit well on her; and do not look awkward. Her fans that are smitten by her, are also obsessed with her sense of fashion, and copy her dress sense, on stage as well as off stage.
Off stage, when she is relaxing from the rigors of her concerts, She is known to sport dresses from French Connection, Topshop, and Lipsy. Whether she is wearing cowboy shoes, or a pair of simple sandals, and a pair of huge celebrity shades, she is a walking fashion icon for her young fans.

She has a great fan following and exerts a lot of positive influence on teen girls. It is her clean cut country image that is so endearing. With a keen business sense, she has teamed up with L.E.I. to introduce a line of sundresses to be exclusively marketed by Wal-Mart.
It all started last year when Taylor Swift starred in the denim campaign of L.E.I. Now, she is offering affordable dresses, dresses that are retailed under $20! Her dresses are her brainchild and came from working out what she herself would like to wear when on tour, or afterwards, when hanging out after the rigors of the concerts.

She is endorsing the dresses which she herself sports in her regular life. Her fashion sense is unlike that of many celebrities who go about sporting designer wear worth thousands of dollars which no ordinary fan can afford. No wonder her simplicity endears her to her fans.
It is understandable that she has to wear designer wear on special occasions, such as attending Awards functions. However, her regular fashion sense - and the type of clothes and accessories she dons are simple, attractive, very affordable, and works wonders for her fans.
No wonder, her simplicity in fashion sense - not to mention her enormous musical talent - has a lot of fan following, be it the kids, the teens, or their mothers!
