What is the job of the Talent Booking Agents?
The job of the booker is to secure work and bookings for the talent. To negotiate the rate for the talent for contracts, day bookings, what the usage on photographs and film will be.

To get all the details to the talent for the assignment, the location, report time, what wardrobe needs are and travel details. The bookers will handle the hotel accommodations and meals if a location shoot.

The bookers will ensure that all parties are on the same page with updated details so the shoot or booking goes smoothly.

Who will the talent agents work with?
Depending on the model or talent they will work with the clients, the photographers, press agents, talents lawyers, personal managers and anyone else that the talent may have to represent them or the client including SAG.

How are bookings handled?
Bookings for the most part are handles via telephone, but more and more they are being done online and in emails with confirmed bookings faxed and signed or emailed and printed for signature of booking agent.
