My name is Sunshine Nancy Berlin, but everybody calls me Sunny. Eighteen years ago, I was born in Orange County and raised in New York. I've moved a lot so there has been many people who have come in and out of my life. Every single person has left a foot mark in my heart whether it was for the good or bad. Because of this, it has truly made me the person I am today. I am a person with high goals and extreme determination. I'm the type of person that goes after what I want. I want to be a model. I was never that pretty growing up and it hurt. It felt as if my child innocence was taken away the minute I realized that a person's looks could matter so much. In my head I have this idea of beauty and it is not based solely on looks. It is based on "the look." By this I mean showing the world your natural expressions, that you would see on one's face without them knowing. It's the look of not knowing, the look of suspense, the look of happiness or the look of one's sadness. These expressions is what beauty is. With modeling, you feel your beauty within your eyes, because you know that camera is on you and only you. You can show the world how you feel within your eyes and at the same time show your true inner-beauty. I want to be somebody who shows this to other people and maybe they can think differently. Well, I just moved to Los Angeles, California from the east coast and I really like it. A lot of people tell me I should model, but I am only 5'5 and I don't know if there is any type of modeling out there for me. I can keep trying!
