Holiday Time!

It is so easy to go off healthy routines during the holidays.

Be sure to get enough sleep and exercise.

Eat healthy- stay away from too many sweets and refined sugars,to much caffeine can deplete your body of needed nutriets and cause restlessness.

keep fresh healthy fruits and veggies on hand to pick on - better still add them to a blender or juicer and mix a delicious drink or smoothy.

some great fruits for antioxidents;

blueberries
strawberries
oranges
tangerines
raspberries

bannanas and grapes are also great mixers!
