We are chatting with Madeline of Plus Model Magazine of New York.

1st let me say it has been great working with you already and we luv our New Face that you sent to us Celena and very excited about her two day catalog shoot this week.

How did you get into the modeling biz: Well about eight years ago I decided I wanted to try to become a plus size model. After a few years and some success I wrote to Allure Magazine about their year long diets feature. The letter and the pictures I submited were printed and prompted me to become a voice for the plus community. Opportunities opened up for me and I have never looked back.

What made you come up with the idea for the Magazine - Plus size models are beautiful yet we don't have a place where they can showcased. I wanted a place where we can show the sexy, edgy and fashion foward side of plus size models. I also wanted to offer a place where aspiring models are educated about the business.

It seems to be a great turning point in fashion to include plus size in all marketing now .. do you see that trend growing. Compared to five years ago - yes plus size is alot further along but we still have a long way to go. Plus size needs to included and not excluded.

What do you see for the Magazine in a years time - I see us becoming the "Vogue" for the Plus Industry and going from a virtual magazine to a paper magazine. I'm working very hard to make my dreams a reality.
