Mothers work is the umbrella company for other well known Maternity lines like Mimi, and Motherhood. The brands are offered in their own stores as well as Sears, toys r us, babies r us, Macy’s and Khols.

Of course they are not the only game in town each agency has their own models who are expecting so when a model is they are sent out for the maternity bookings. They are photographed either digital or Polaroid’s at their agency and the new maternity shots are placed in their book and sent out to clients.

An expecting model should be 5 months pregnant and showing. Most models are between 5’7 and 5’11 and must be in good shape. Be sure to keep Healthy and able to work a full day if the booking calls for it.

Besides catalog work an expecting mommy can also work for the parenting magazines. Even after the baby is born there is still opportunity to work for the clients as a new mommy photographed with her baby sometimes up to toddler age and beyond. Parents Magazine is one of the magazines that will book Mommy and baby.
